Why we built this
Kende Systems LLC is a small business in Perry, Oklahoma, built for other small businesses.
I’ve spent my working life in used cars and construction. In both, the phone ringing while you’re busy is the sound of money walking away.
Answering calls slowed the actual work down, and missing them was worse — every time business got slow I’d think back on a call I didn’t take and know it was an opportunity I let go.
I also just wanted my evenings back. Nobody should have to choose between eating dinner with their family and catching the call that pays for it.
That’s why I built this.
We run our own business on our own product.
The number on this site is answered by the same system we’d build for you.
What we’re for
Small business owners should not be chained to their phones. The work is already hard enough without the phone deciding when your day ends.
We build the thing that picks up when you cannot — so the job still gets booked, and you still get to sit down to dinner.
How we work
Transparency
Our pricing is on the website. The overage rate is on the website. What the agent cannot do is on the website. You will not find out something important in month two.
No lock-in
No long-term contract and 30 days notice to cancel. If we are not earning our keep, you should be able to walk without a fight.
No promises we can't keep
Phone lines go down and carriers have bad days. We will tell you what we control and what we don’t, rather than sell you a promise nobody could honor.
