Short answer
About a week. You fill in a ten-minute form, we work through transfer and emergency rules on a call, we build the agent, and you test-call it yourself and approve it in writing. Only then does forwarding go on and a real customer reach it.
The form is the part you do, and it takes ten minutes because it asks only what nobody else can answer: your services, your hours, your service area, who answers the phone today, and what a customer should never be told. Leave anything you are unsure about blank and say so. A guess is worse than a gap, because the agent would repeat the guess to your customers.
The call is where the fiddly parts get sorted, and it goes faster spoken than typed. Emergency definitions, who is on call which nights, what happens when the first transfer target does not pick up, and the exact wording for anything price-related.
The build is ours. Then you call your own agent, put it through whatever you want to throw at it, and approve it in writing. That approval step is not a formality we could skip to move faster. Nothing answers a paying customer of yours until you have heard it and said yes.
Settle it in ninety seconds
Call the demo line and talk to the agent yourself. It is the same system that would answer your phone, running live, and it will tell you it is AI if you ask it.
