Short answer
Run both for a month. Forward calls to the agent, keep your existing service as the fallback, and compare the agent's transcripts against the messages your service sends you. The comparison settles it better than anything we could tell you.
You do not have to cancel anything to find out. Forwarding is yours to configure, so a parallel month costs you the pilot fee and nothing else. At the end of it you have a stack of full transcripts on one side and a stack of name-and-number messages on the other.
What owners usually notice first is not quality, it is detail. The message says a customer called about a leak. The transcript says which fixture, whether water was still running, that they are renting, and that they asked about weekend rates. One of those is a dispatch decision and the other is a callback.
If your service comes out ahead, stay with it. We would rather lose a month's pilot fee than sign someone who spends a year quietly regretting it and tells three other contractors about it.
Settle it in ninety seconds
Call the demo line and talk to the agent yourself. It is the same system that would answer your phone, running live, and it will tell you it is AI if you ask it.
