Short answer
It stays yours. Kende stores recordings, transcripts and captured details to run the service and produce your monthly report, and nothing is sold or used to market to your callers. You can request an export or deletion at any time.
The blunt test for any provider is whether your customer list is part of what they are selling. Ours is not. The data exists so the agent can do its job, so you can listen to what happened, and so the monthly report is real rather than a summary of itself.
Access is limited to the people running your account and the subprocessors that make the service work, meaning the voice platform, the telephony carrier and the storage. Those are listed in the agreement and updated on notice rather than quietly.
On the way out, you can ask for an export of your recordings and transcripts, or ask for deletion. A provider that makes your own call history hard to retrieve has told you something about how the rest of the relationship will go.
Settle it in ninety seconds
Call the demo line and talk to the agent yourself. It is the same system that would answer your phone, running live, and it will tell you it is AI if you ask it.
